Tailwinds Consulting was founded by retired senior Coast Guard officers with over 55 years of combined experience in executive leadership, aviation safety, risk management, training systems design, and organizational development. We provide hands-on leadership training, strategic guidance, keynote speaking, and custom-built solutions to help your organization thrive.
